Early S&S "Racing" Carby

According to the seller this is a super rare "racing style" carby made by the folks at S&S, it is written that it predates there Series 1 carbs which were manufactured in 1967.

The reason that it caught my eye was for the simple fact that it has two positions, one is idle and the next possible position is WIDE OPEN THROTTLE!! Now that's my kinda performance mod.
